I took the final sculpture to the Sheaf Atrium and hung it from the top floor with thread to take some pictures.
I took both of the sculptures but one of them broke and collapsed when i tried to hang it which was disapointing. I dont think im going to have them hanging when theyre handed in just chilling.
Im very pleased with the final outcome after going away from the idea then coming back to it and progressing it is a good sense of accomplishment. I thought it was going to be too simple but from wha i've learnt simple is sometimes good, and i now think it actually doesn't look simple, it looks like a strong, uniformed sculpture based on the brief title repitition.
The rows of cones look pretty in a way, nice to look at.
